This showcased timeline has a “First Look”, this is when the Bride & Groom see each other before the ceremony takes place. It may be untraditional, but we love them as it allows the couple ample time for intimate portraits along with photos with their Bridal Party and Family beforehand so they may all be off the hook following the ceremony and enjoy the party!
GETTING READY
12:00 PM
Bride has hair and makeup done, while the Groom begins getting ready.
Beginning timeframe is dependent on the number of ladies in the bridal party getting dolled up and if there is going to be a first look.
WEDDING GOWN
2:30 PM
Bride slips into her gown and accessorizes.
Even though the Mother of the Bride or the Bridesmaids may be dressed earlier than necessary, it’s nice for them to be dressed for these portrait shots of the Bride slipping into her gown.
first look
3:00 PM
The first look may take place at the getting ready venue or the ceremony/reception location, or somewhere picturesque that is near by. Or you can skip it entirely, it’s up to you!
